Multiprint Labels complies with EU Directives on packaging waste regulations and is a member of the Irish compliance scheme REPAK. And are committed to using manufacturing materials that have a minimal impact on the environment. All waste paper from our site in Dublin is converted into fuel for re-use in electricity generation.

Inks

Multiprint Labels works in association with Paragon Inks whom in turn is accredited by Sony to its Green Partner programme. The inks contain no Volatile Organic Compounds and are 100% solid i.e. there is no emission of solvent into the atmosphere when printing. Inks and coatings are also EN71 approved for Toys Regulations (Heavy Metals). In addition Multiprint Labels utilise low odour low migratory ink systems (ITX and Benzophenone) free.

Artwork – printing plates

Multiprint Labels works in association with Flexoplate Plan for the supply of printing plates. The production process for making the polymer plates is environmentally friendly and uses a solvent free system for removing the non image areas on the plate.
